In 2015, Anton Wentzel stepped into the role of General Manager with a clear purpose: to build something enduring. What began as a small operation with fewer than ten employees has grown, under his leadership, into a respected engineering and fabrication business employing more than 60 specialists.
This growth was never accidental. Anton recognised early that lasting success depends on placing the right people in the right roles and fostering genuine collaboration. Today, that foundation supports two synergistic divisions, About Air Pollution and All Air Pollution Supplies, delivering end-to-end air quality solutions that clients across mining, chemical processing, manufacturing and project construction rely upon.

Taking control of the company in 2015 as General Manager, Anton laid the foundation for the company's phenomenal growth. From its early beginnings with fewer than 10 employees, he transformed the business into a well-respected entity in both the engineering and fabrication sectors, proudly employing more than 60 specialists across its various divisions.
His primary mission for the company came with the realisation that nothing meaningful is achieved alone. Through hard work and a constant search for excellence, he carefully placed the right people in key positions to secure the future of the enterprise - a legacy he continues to build through strong leadership and teamwork.

Dewan joined the company in 2021. Starting as an administrative assistant, he quickly transitioned into a value-added role, drawing on his strong software engineering background to lead the development of an augmented reality application that allows clients to visualise abatement equipment at a true 1:1 scale before orders are placed.
Since then, Dewan has immersed himself in every aspect of the business, building a solid understanding of processes across its various divisions while continuously pursuing business development opportunities both locally and internationally.

As Head of Engineering at About Air Pollution, Theunis Post has firmly established his name not only within the company but also in the broader engineering field. Through unwavering dedication and relentless effort, he has built an extensive portfolio of successful projects that are frequently referenced within the industry.
Today, his experience allows him to mentor and develop junior engineers joining the company, guiding them through research and development projects across multiple engineering disciplines while strengthening the company's technical capabilities.

Derek Steenkamp
General Manager
With more than 30 years of experience in the e-house and containerised solutions sector, Derek joined the company in 2023, opening a new venture into the modular industry. His extensive skills and knowledge in fabrication have made him an invaluable contributor to the company's continued growth.
Together with Dewan Wentzel, Derek oversees a significant portion of management across both the engineering and fabrication companies, ensuring alignment and efficiency in delivering turnkey projects across a wide range of scopes.
